Recently purchased this product and highly recommend it for frame-frauding. Adds about an inch to my bideltoid width. The only downside is that these Korean companies only ship within South Korea, so you'll need to use a forwarding service like this one to receive it. Shipping is pretty expensive but worth it imo, especially considering it isn't sold ANYWHERE in the U.S.

Get a size up from your regular shirt size. If I get clothes from Asian countries I'm always sizing up.
