Get a size up from your regular shirt size. If I get clothes from Asian countries I'm always sizing up.

This is the only forwarding service that I've tried, and I believe it's the most widely used to obtain products only sold in SK. I've used them twice and have had no issues. The product is noticeable, and adds about an inch to your bidelt. I got comments from 2 different people the first day I wore it, but word of advice: if you don't have any noticeable muscle on you, you'll look uncanny, and I wouldn't recommend it. I had one of my lanklet friends try it on and he looked retarded.

Thanks bro, yeah I’m quite small but I might just try it out cause why not, I’ve seen ones on coupang that claims to add 4.5cm too which is a decent amount, also can people notice it if they like grab your shoulder or pat your shoulder?

If someone's hand lingers on that area, they may notice. I haven't had anyone pat my shoulders when I've worn them, so I can't say for sure. Make sure you hit the gym fr, it may make you look like a Roblox character if you don't have some muscle lol.

There are good before and afters on the site I linked, but if you want to see more, you can find other similar products and look through photo reviews. I believe I paid close to $50 total for one shirt, maybe a little less. Another thing to note, you first pay for the forwarding service to purchase the shirt. Once they receive it, you have to pay again for them to ship it to you.

The first day I wore it out, I got some comments on being wider. If you don't have any muscle on your frame you'll look like bad bunny at the superbowl lol. If you're already properly gymcelled you wont look weird and it will only boost your physique. I got a large one on my first order and it was pretty tight, but its by design. I got an XL on my second order and it fits great and more comfortable. I'm 6'3 200 for reference.
