You would need multiple surgeries to get a nw0 with an acceptable density, its better to just dense pack nw1 if you are a nw2 cel. Although I find it annoying how western surgeons treat you like a cuckold incapable of making his own decisions. If I want a hairline that starts at my eyebrows I should have this option
