What would you say is a good amount to take (that feels good but isn't unhealthy)? Last week I took 1 gram and then 2 grams but I didn't feel anything lol

I would say just try 3-4 then, that was a good daily amount in my experience. 10 plus is if you want to try to experience an actual high from it

That's cause it's mostly a scam, effects are pretty weak, it's very overpriced for what it does, I've bough a big sample pack with all the strains and kratom extracts and it was very underwhelming, taking more just makes you zonked out and nauseous, but not euphoric.

About 2 teaspoon depending on strain is a good dose for me without tolerance then based on what I want I go more or less
