Been up for at least 30 hours. :trepidation: Didn't know the insomnia would be this bad. At least I've had minor RLS as opposed to the virtually spastic condition I was in previous breaks.

It seems my body (and brain) has gotten a little bit used to taking off-days and I'm able to cope with food and small amounts of alcohol. But gheeee, it's really a potent addicion. I didn't know it would get this bad.

My plan is to do 3 days on / 1 day off for now and that seems to be working out so far. Long-term I would like to consistently do 3 days on / 2 days off, but I'm not quite there yet.

It's only 3 hours until I get to take and get high again now btw.
 
What are some good suppliments for mood?

Do you take it everyday with periodic breaks or stay on a consistent time table such as
Mon-Fri taking kratom
Sat Sun break

Magnesium. I take it everyday to increase kratom potency, but it helps with mood too. Ashwagandha seemed to help me a little bit and that's supposed to increase test and exercise output and recovery.
