i started taking ksm 66 or ashwaganda and i got some breakouts could it be becouse of that or is it just becouse school started i didint have any before school or before i started taking them

Going out in the sun destroys cortisol, just make sure you have a good omega 3 to 6 ratio. You dont need supplements.
