On accutane so moisturizer is mandatory and i already got vaseline for my lips

Also got a moisturizing sunscreen but it smells like shit

vaseline/petroleum gel isnt even biocompatible.
It doesn’t even absorb into your skin.
It jusr stays on top and acts as a “barrier” but its fucked because since it doesnt absorb it provides no real benefits, and it actually amplifies UV so you’re double cooking yourself.

Use a natural oil that will absorb like coconut oil, olive oil, or almond oil.
