It’s the amino acid found in green tea that balances the effects of caffeine. It allegedly provides a calming, yet mindful alertness.

I’ve been supplementing L Theanine (300mg) with my morning coffee for a month now. It’s subtle, but I find myself more resistant to environmental stressors, and less likely to negatively ruminate or daydream. For me, that’s a big deal, and wanted to share it here.

Yep. No Theanine for ya bones, but a healthier mind is always worth your time.
