Are you like 60? Your skin shouldn't crease that at a young age. I mean microneedling is very good regardless but I would still probably get a bit of filler and since it's on the lower part of the face there's a reduced chance of migration.

its genuinely not a skin issue just my skull
my chis is long and overall i have a good lower third but my skull is just like that
im getting fillers cuz yeah labiomandibular filler basically will never migrate, even lower chance to migrate then chin
