Lack of sleep fucked my eye area

It's going to be almost 2 years since I got acquainted of this bad habit of sleeping late.Whenever I sleep late in the night,I never wake up the next morning with energy due to lack of quality sleep.
I tried to quit this habit but I just can't do it anymore.
Now my dark circles are big asf and have spread till regions I can't explain.
Everybody notices it and the first thing they ask is whether I sleep at night or not
Can I get rid of dark circles from here or is it not possible ?

That feeling of staying consistent with sleep and waking up energetic every morning is unexplainable

I have a recessed maxillla but it was never the reason for my dark circles
I never had dark circles until 2024
Once I didn't get enough sleep for months I noticed it got bigger with time
