I like to eat skyr because it's a cheap protein source but it slows digestion a fuck ton. so i had this random thought if microdosing lactulose would boost digestion and found this study


I just skimmed through it and it mentions improving gut microbiome composition, enhancing mineral uptake, and supporting long-term metabolic and bone health.

has anyone ever tried this or heard of this

I already started taking a low dose today and will continue for a while
