LAPD has the most counts of police brutality in the country with some almost quarter of the police encounters ending up in bullets being lodged in the suspects heads. The entire LAPD is extremely corrupt, immoral and is basically just a team of criminals in uniform used by the elites to kill people legally.

Imagine you just shoplifted some candy from a store and the next minute you have a 4-5 police officers ganging up on you before you even have a chance to talk and then they beat you to pulp making you eat the pavement and then handcuff you and still keep punching you in your face or if you are particularly unlucky to end with those psycho cops they try to kill you by claiming you resisted arrest and were a threat because you reached into your pocket and all the officers involved get away with it.

That isn't how it works nigga. Giving too much power to thr police doesn't reduce crime lmao. It increases and causes unrests and riots against the police. The law and order need to be maintained by the courts. The police's job is just catching them that's it. Police brutality should never be deterrence. Make the fines bigger harsher punishments. Also in the context of germany. Germany police is far more successful in reducing crime than thr american police and it's not because the US has more niggers
