Larp for rpe and reverse head gear

Bone age is 14.5
sutures in maxilla not fused
My plan is to get Hyrax rpe then reverse pull headgear.
My mandible is above average for my age. My maxilla is lacking beacuse I was I had a cat my whole life and I was allergic to them so I was forced to mouthbreathe. What can I actually do to get it, my Ortho is pretty "strict" but if I can larp enough then maybe it's possible?

I would never get a reverse facemask for that , at most a RPE but my palate is not narrow.
