if youre on steroids you completely stop any chance thyroid has at buring muscle (which happens only at very high doses) . Take t3 10 mcg every 3 hours five times a day (niibble on the tablet until you get around 10mcg ) . t4 you can take 50 mcg at noon and 50 mcg before sleep. Thyroid dosing is a bit inconvenient but its worth it
