lasix dosage and timing

I heard people say u should take lasix the night before going out and then starve and spam water the day your going out and other say you should take it like 3 hours before going out, with one is it and what dosage are recommended, people say 80 fucks up your eye area but I have concealer, or should I do 40-60 instead, also im wondering do I just not drink anything like water the whole time im out or will I pass out
