Something that doesn't burn muscle. I think yohimbine bc its only strict burn fat

Add these to your list. I used to be skinny fat at height of 5ft 11/180 cm, and 142 lbs/66kg at roughly 16% body fat for all body ( stomach at 18.5% , and arms and shoulders and legs at 15%

Now after doing some of these supplements im at 160 lbs/72.5 kg and I was leaner esp in the stomach area , its at 16% body fat and 13% for the arms and shoulders and legs , so while not crazy the fact that I gained weight , almost 20 lbs /9kg and didn't get higher body fat is pretty good and I actually leaned out.

Cacao (Raw Cocoa) Powder:
Raw cacao is rich in flavonoids and other antioxidants. These compounds can improve blood flow and may increase satiety, helping to control cravings. Some research suggests that regular consumption of high-quality, unsweetened cacao can modestly support weight maintenance by reducing oxidative stress and improving metabolic health

Ginger:
Ginger contains bioactive compounds like gingerol that exhibit antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. Studies have indicated that ginger may slightly boost thermogenesis (the body’s heat production), improve fat oxidation, and even help reduce waist-to-hip ratios. However, while the effects appear promising, the degree of weight loss tends to be modest and works best alongside lifestyle changes

Turmeric Powder:
The main active compound in turmeric, curcumin, is known for its potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Curcumin can activate AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK), an enzyme that helps stimulate the oxidation of fatty acids and may decrease fat accumulation. This means turmeric might support a healthier metabolic profile, though most studies use high doses of curcumin rather than dietary turmeric alone

Maca Powder:
Maca is an adaptogenic root traditionally used to balance hormones and improve energy levels. By supporting hormonal balance (especially in the context of stress and reproductive health), maca may indirectly contribute to improved metabolism and body composition. While it’s often celebrated for boosting energy and libido, its direct effects on fat loss are less clear; rather, maca seems to help the body adapt to stress, which can be a contributing factor in weight gain.

Evaluating forskolin

For its fat loss powers from Coleus forskohlii, forskolin may up cAMP and lipolysis. While some studies show benefits, others don't, suggesting it needs others to boost its effects.

Clarifying forskolin's comparative effects

Forskolin shows mixed results: some overweight men experience fat loss, while women don't. It boosts cAMP, thus promoting lipolysis. Consult a healthcare provider for safe use.

Highlighting forskolin's effects

I emphasize forskolin's fat-burning potential, despite mixed research results. The article mentions its cAMP-boosting action, cautions potential side effects, and advises consulting a healthcare provider.

One interesting thing about forskolin is that it doesn't work on foids.

I also recommend doing weighted ab exercises . The benefit is that It makes the abs pop out more so you can look ripped at higher bodyfat. This also applies to all other body fat areas.
