Last bit of acne

Cant seem to fix these last few zits that keep popping up.

Sometimes im basicly acne free. But most of the time I have 1-4 noticable zits and several slight red dots around my face.

Any advice? Ive completely cut out sugar and am using tret 0.1% EOD
