I have written 99% of the guide, I just need to add in how to inject yourself and 'how old is too late?' then it's pretty much set.

Not to put you guys off but it's pretty much an essay. Around 6000 words by the time I'm finished. If anyone reads the whole thing I'll be surprised lol.

With that being said, if you have any questions about frame which you need to know, leave a reply and ask them so I can add them to the guide.

Btw it will not be out for a day or two because a fellow frame-expert is gonna proofread it and check it for me, but it will be out soon nonetheless.

I talk about side effects and I also tell you how to mitigate them. I could do a little safety section sure.

I do, however I have been doing them without drugs as I live with my parents and cannot inject yet. Furthermore I have not been doing them for long enough to see notable differences. Both scapula and ribcage are addressed in the guide.

How many reps and sets and how often to be effective, esp. reeves deadlift, breathing squats etc, how one should feel during (too little or too much pain)
also is there any wrist size expansion? Since I hit the gym I think they grew by like 0.2 inches (I remember their circumference being smaller than my dick length but they since outgrew it). I assume this might be due to tendons and ligaments tickening under stress, as wrist growth plates fuse completely at 14 I believe

I go over all of that, but I think I could definitely go more in depth about how the exercises are supposed to feel etc. ty

I'll add a bit to answer the asymmetry problem in the guide, but in short yes it's possible.

Having a symmetric frame is better than having an asymmetric frame however as long as you're big and you don't look genetically deformed, you're good.

I haven't tested this (might do a tinder experiment), but I believe that the optimum shoulder to hip ratio lays between 1.7 and 1.9

20+ inch bideltoid at least basically. I'm aiming for 22.

Above 1.9 usually looks a bit ridiculous, I'll make a small section addressing that ty.

There are genetic limits though. Worst case scenario, you'll probably only be able to add 2 inches without surgery to your bideltoid.

how does exercise (the ones you mentioned) boost the growth caused by raised HGH? Isnt the main actor in the growth the raised HGH levels?

So my question would be, how does physical stress interact with the growth plate's activity?

That's kind of like saying if you want to get muscular, just inject steroids and eat a lot.

You still need to provide the stimuli necessary for your bones to need repair.

The cycle I outline only has you taking an AI for one month at a time, in sync with the days where you're injecting testosterone.

I suppose you could use an AI for much longer if you weren't utilising androgens to maximise frame growth, but that isn't the ideal scenario for framemaxxing. If enough people want me to design a cycle for framemaxxing without androgens then I'll do it but it isn't exactly difficult to figure out.

Nope, 20 inches after training. It isn't necessarily 'super shit', 20 inches is very noticeably wider than 18 inches.

However getting to 20 inches is almost the bare minimum with this stuff. I would expect the average guy to get 3-4 inches wider if he followed the guide.

Regardless, ratios matter more than actual width. 20in bidelt with narrow hips mogs 22in bidelt with wide hips.

Gaining a bit of muscle on your back muscles like rotator cuff muscles, lats, etc. can help because muscle will support your scapula making you like you have a bigger skeletal frame.

With steroids you can have a much bigger muscle frame :feelswat:

You can't change your skeletal structure in your late 20s. You can only add muscle to what you already have.

you're saying testosterone is necessary? I thought that the ideal framemaxing plan is to run AI + HGH increasing peptides for as long as possible = time under tension, to maintain for years to allow bone to grow

Wish we had journals of peoples experiences with clavicle lengthening surgery like we do for leg lengthening. We don’t have many before after pics or experiences of peoples lives after this surgery (for issues of mobility etc)
