Last night, I read the entirety of the United States Vs. Genco case, and didn’t find @Masters name mentioned once.

If someone can help me find his state case, that would be great. I also have a lot of sympathy for this guy, honestly he deserved to get locked up by the state(I believe for a domestic terrorism and a machine gun charge), but his lawyer made such a compelling case for him when the Feds got him, it seriously brought me to tears. The most that implicated @Master in anything throughout all of this, is they had access to some of Tres Genco’s post history(which as you know, on .is is relatively hard to get publicly, but not outside the realm of possibility). So, what really got him indicated by the Feds is what lead him to be charged with a offensive level 30 hate crime.. Which included a written multiple step plan to kill 3,000 women, his military training to do so, the guns he purchased, the countless notes he wrote in regards to his violent fantasies, public search queries regarding automatic weapon creation, and even an IP address pinging him at a University in which he was scouting to go through with his plan.

Really what got him caught was user error, multiple failures on his part to secure himself(thank god btw, because I believe he would have regretted it, I don’t think he’s a true psychopath). But, thats not the point.

Since he took a plea deal, they didn’t go through an in-depth discovery phase regarding the evidence(which is what I was really looking for). I honestly believe he could have beat the Feds(difficult, I know), because he plead guilty to ATTEMPT to commit a hate crime, when all he objectively showed was intent.. because he never went through with the actual action.

Also the glownigger plaintiff was a woman, go figure. She was very candid in regards to setting Genco as an example, as he is the first incel to be indicted on a federal level. She basically said it was impossible for him to have reformed his views in state prison, and he requires therapy and a “deradicalization” process before they can consider he had a change of heart. This was just downright evil, to think that a human being can’t come to new beginnings on their own.. Thats not even including the proof that he WAS DERADICALIZED, and that there’s DEFINITELY evidence thats indicative of him shifting his beliefs. But I digress, this glownigger definitely had some type of bias as a woman, it was permeating throughout her entire statement.

So @Master you may not definitively be a fed as of right now, but I’m still looking for proof nigga.
