The last real IOI I got was a year ago and I am not talking about girls smiling at you or anything in that direction.
I was working as a waiter in an restaurant. There was this family which just finished eating. The father called me and I said yeah how can I help. Then he told me that hos daughter finds me cute(I was 18 around that time and she was 15-17). She started blushing and intensely smiled at me when leaving.
What was the difference between me then and me now?
I was leanmaxxed and had long hair.
Now I am fat and bald.
