skincare

morning:

vit c first, rub in thoroughly,
moisturizer, 3-4 ingredients, some solid natural shit
sunscreen spf 50, i use like 2 peas size globs

Night:
Kojic acid bodywash, i dont use this for but for lightening id reccomend it

after that use your retinoids, i use prescription grade but if you dont have acne some retinoid cream from amazon with hydroqione in it would be fine
Vit c cream
moisturizer

i do dermarolling 2-3x a week at night along with my retinoids, but im not sure how itd affect lightening, id pressume it would speed things up via just getting more blood and turnover of skin.
