If he is without a solid instagram and friend group, etc and is post school age, a chadlite will be an incel. You could say this applies to the late bloomers who look better as they're ageing. It's Chad or nothing now a days when it comes to slaying within your lane. I can only speak for the UK. I've observed this phenomenon in cities like London, but only with white men.
