Lateral commisureplasty thoughts???

Im really looking into getting a lateral commisureplasty. I think it will benifit me maybe not significantly but its a low risk surgery. If surgery isnt the option i might just get a mouth widening device. Thoughts??

Hard to even find B/A of it.

Corner lip lift maybe more practical.

Many peoples noses are wider than their IPD which can lead to thinking you need an even wider mouth to ratio the nose whereas the correct solution would be alar or rhino plasty.

That isnt my case my pallete still is wide but my mouth is t a little of ideal width
