Lateral Raises won't do shit if you're not OHP'ing

I stopped doing Overhead Presses of all kinds ( Barbell, Db, Machine ) after watching a dumb Dr Mike video explaining sexy big ass delts are all about side delts and what builds side delts is Lateral Raises and maybe upright rows, this is also how he himself actually trains,

And at the time, my ohp was going up very very fast I knew a massive plateau was coming so I said why not, let's drop it and switch to lateral raises and upright rows but a lot of them, fast forward to now, my shoulders looks WAY smaller and less masculine, don't fucking cuck yourself like that.


Take it, free advice after using myself as a lab rat. Dont fall for the "just spam lateral raises bruh" meme

Shoulder press trains the side Delt just as much as the front delt

u should just do cable lateral raises and ohp for the shoulders

then facepulls or rear delt fly machine for the rear delts
