if i'm being fr i used "KSECRET - SEOUL 1988 Serum Retinal" (works way faster then retinol and is far less harmful)
i used "ROACCUTANE 0,05 % gel" which somehow helped me too
recently bought "Very Light BB cream" works amazing
also paired with a thick moisturizer, anything but cerave helped me

keep in mind that i also hopped off oral accutane recently so it stopped drying out my shit super fast
also it only reduced them (like 80% gone), my malar fat pads and maxilla are still the major cause for this but i can't do shit about it for now
