Laxative question

Have a lot of torso bloat rn from eating like a fat fuck w my girlfriend( looksmin) and was wondering if taking a laxative to fix it would be smart. Also thinking of taking a diuretic w it, is that a bad idea?? Never taken a laxative before, so a good brand and dose recommended would be appreciated.

You'll lose all your water weight and look fine for a while. It'll pile back on pretty quickly unless you stick with a restrictive diet (based)
