Im 17, boneless and want to know whats the best daily routine to peak health without using supplements, most i can get is vitamin supplements cant find nor buy anything else. i know that during puberty is the best time to start doing shit but the info is so convoluted that i dont know what to do specifically, so sprints everyday?hit the gym and do long cardio or high intensity like shits just confusing.

My daily routine right now is just bad, fucking rotting i hit the gym every now and then but my diet is ass im skinny and barely eat so i feel weak and dont make progress.

low intensity cardio is best for fat burning though basically useless walk 20k steps a day and eat in a deficit and lift heavy weights
