Okay so you are interested in looksmaxxing but are fucking LAZY and dont want to spend more than maybe 25 minutes a day on looksmaxxing
I've got you covered. in this guide we will be discussing diferente aspects of looksmaxxing (not just yo face) in the laziest ways possible.
Everything will be on categories with multiple volumes.

- SKINMAXXING
- Understand that your skin is can usually be of 3 types (if you got perfect skin move on)
- OILY
- DRY
- OILY AND DRY (aka ropemaxxing aka what I have)
- This is the laziest method of skincare, aka the one I use:
- PRODUCTS YOU NEED (if you dont have horrid acne):
- Healing cream - UNITED STATES: Healing Ointment by Cerave
- EUROPE: Cicatridina ointment (the one I use might be able to find in in the us too but only imported)
- Cleansing oil - WORLDWIDE: Centella Light Cleansing oil from skin1004
- Moisturizing Cream - WORLDWIDE: The big blue Nivea cream
- Healing cream - UNITED STATES: Healing Ointment by Cerave
- HOW 2 SKINMAXX:
- If you have very fucking dry skin or dermatitis start with the healing cream and only do that daily until you get okish skin. (thread about dermatitis skin here fuck dermatitis
- IF YOUR SKIN IS ALREADY OK
- FIRST PART: CLEANSING OIL
- Step 1: Clean face with just water and hands
- Step 2: DRY both face and hands
- Step 3: Apply good ammount of cleansing oil on hand and face
- Step 4: Follow instructions on the bottle (massage in circles(I usually do this for 3 minutes), add splash of water on hands/face, start doing the same massage but this timethe cleansing oil will turn whiteish and change texture, repeat adding splashes of water annd massaging for 30 seconds until face is clean of oil)
- SECOND PART: Now we want to moisture.
- If your skin is okay and non dry, apply VERY THIN layer of nivea cream on face
- If your skin is dry, apply thin layer of healing cream
- you are done
- FIRST PART: CLEANSING OIL
- IF YOU HAVE ACNE:
- Easiest way I have found to fix this: go to local pharmacy and get a acne cream/serum that dries skin up(you can test more and see which one dries your skin up most)
- After applying the cream/serum for a few days you should have really dry skin but way less acne.
- Now start dermatitis skin healing routine from this thread:
- When you have fixed your skin do what I said in IF YOUR SKIN IS ALREADY OK part

- sleep(10 to 12 hrs), lots of dietary cholesterol, 12 hrs fasting + sprints in the last hr, break the fast with a fruit or even better, raw honey to boost igf-1 hormone, working out, high protein rich food, reducing carbs, hydration, playing some kind of sports( in my case football)

- Now for health normally id say dont eat processed food but by definition anythingthat isnt "how nature made it" is processed.
- Also eating some cereal wont be equal to eating red 40 shit (based on how bad they are for your health)
- What i do is ask myself these questions:
- Could this be sourced from nature (aka is it meat, grains, etc)?
- Can the colors this have be natural (aka dont eat rainbows)?
- As long as answer is yes to both things you wont die if you eat them
- Also make sure that you always try the homemade version of things instead of store bought if you can
- For example instead of dunkin donuts make classic doughnuts at home(search up traditionnal polish doughnuts)
- Another thing you can do for your health is eat broth. any kind really
- STYLEMAXXING
- Easiest style max is respect these 3 rules:
- Look like someone you would respect and think is at least half serious
- Dont have big ass brands written across your chest
- Dont look like your outfit would be worn by a 14 year old
