How do you leanmax in puberty without ruining potential growth?

eat accordingly? like cmon bruh

What do you recommend me to do? stay in a deficit?
no, eat more HEALHTY food that r natural. high protein with cabrs on the side. stop eating fast food and drinking soda. consume lots of calcium and less processed/saturated fats.

an ideal meal would look like this

Potatoes + salmon + plain yogurt + avacado

White rice + chicken + plain yogurt + greens

Pasta + steak/beef + plain yogurt + etc

Not much I can give into the conversation. If you're overweight, then by all means eat a whole foods diet and stay in a very slight caloric deficit try to lose 0.5 lbs a week at most, anything faster and you may lose affecting your growth. However if you're not obese or very overweight, just don't get lean, in fact I'd recommend the opposite to maximize your growth eat in a slight surplus, and train. You're not going to get any significant game in your puberty years, probably bang a chick you won't see ever again in your life, so worrying about being lean is pretty useless unless you're actually very fat and unattractive.

Im like 20% body fat i reckon, so i just eat healthy stay in a small surplus and get my carbs in?

Totally. If you want to take it one step further you can also track micronutrient intake in an app like Cronometer to truly make sure you're maximizing your potential for growth. It should go without saying you should maximize your sleep (literally your #1 priority), minimize stress and workout (weights and HIIT). If you're interested in sleep there are many guides in the forum, I also made one 😉
