Its an affirmation but this post goal is to get your opinion, im at 15% + bodyfat, is it smart to cut down to 12% and sacrify growth for few months? I eat raw primal diet the real one that include carbs, veggies and fruit.

hope ur raw primal diet isnt real raw meat and cooked meat but anyway remove veggies they r fucking useless, just take tren with a test base proper ancilarries, etc and youll get leaner whilst losing bf

Idk what ur saying but having some starch is optimal, carrot sweet potatoes is good for carbs and some fiber

Raw Primal diet my ass. Aajonus only recommended small amounts of raw starch for a specific reason. Cooked starch should only be consumed under very specific circumstances.

eating in a surplus or bulking isnt worth it
excess calories wont magically equal more muscle
being lean is ALWAYS better tho dont be a lanky skinny twig

That's a different topic. They're straight up sugar-maxxing. That's why they had short or average parents. Obviously not optimal, he's trying to insinuate that it's healthy, optimal, or beneficial in some way. I genuinely couldn't tell what he meant by insulin, shooting up drugs, eating shit, or eating "healthy" carbs.
