Actually no, there are a lot of athletes with bf% under 1%, but in some cases it can be a risk for organs like the brain, which needs fat. If you are malnourished like the guy in the video you will lose bone and lean mass too

No athlete was ever even close to that amount bodyfat bro.. U don’t rlly lose bone from being super lean, ur face will just hold 0 fat so pretty much all u see is skin and bones.

Andreas Munzer (guy below) died from being ~1% bf.
Its not worth it to go lower than 10% bf, every % you will start to look more sickly.
