Fellas, being fat is a death sentence in this world. It repels, it disgusts, and it closes doors faster than you can say 'double cheeseburger.'

At 15, you're in a great spot to start shaping up your body, especially since you're still growing.

Instead of diving into extreme diets or heavy cardio, focus on building muscle through basic strength training, which will give you a leaner look and naturally boost your metabolism.

Don’t worry too much about cutting calories right now; instead, eat balanced meals with plenty of protein. Over time, as you add muscle, the "skinny fat" look will start to fade, and you'll feel stronger and look leaner.

Trust me. Just stick with it and be patient; your body’s still developing. By the time you reach 18, you'll be in better shape than 95% of your agemates.

Yes. Building muscle and improving metabolism will contribute to overall fat loss, which can help slim down the face gradually. But the biggest impact on face leanness at 15 will come from puberty. As you grow, hormonal changes and natural body composition shifts will likely make your face leaner and more defined over time.
So, sticking to a healthy routine will help, but nature will play a huge role here too.

I admit, the guys I chose aren't average, but that wasn't the intention.
I'd hope it serves as some motivation to get lean. In any case, none of the guys would look as good as they do, if they'd let themselves go and became overweight

Pretty much the same advice I gave the other guy: eat well, start training, and let puberty do its work. At 15, your face is still developing, and as you go through puberty, your features should naturally become more defined. Facial bones will likely become more prominent, adding angularity and a more masculine look.

Surgery isn’t an option at this age, but there are small steps you can take to help things along. Growing out your hair a bit can add a subtle lift to your look, and training your neck (primarily the sides) can give a bit more structure to your face over time. Just stay consistent with the basics, and your face will mature naturally.

Anyone that says lean is t law is delusional. I used to be ana lcoholic and my face was so bloated and my body retained so much water. At one point i stopped gaf about my body. It wasnt until my life went to absolute shit in many ways that i started doing skincare, eating better and working out when i realized looks was a major reason why i got treated the way i did. I was fucking ugly lmao. Now that in lean and shredded women treat me way differently and men absolutely hate me for it. Being lean legitametely changes the way people treat you

Is it better to remain somewhat fat, with still shit but not giga-shit health indicators?

Hey bro, thanks for making this post ur so real. I'm in puberty and started doing calorie surplus. It was VERY BRUTAL at first doing a calorie surplus, having fat, not being lean, and your face becomes bloated AS FUCK.

But with consistent lifting, cardio, and debloating methods, most of the fat has gone. Being lean, having your face less bloated, and having a better physique are just worth it overall.

As you said, "As you add muscle, the "skinny fat" look will start to fade, and you'll feel stronger and look leaner."

I've been doing consistent debloating methods for ONLY A WEEK because I have a school photo and the results are amazing.
turns out it was so easy why didn't I do this earlier? Now after the school photo I'm eating a pack of gummy bears.

Not my area of expertise, but from what I recall over the years... To address your malocclusion, starting with orthodontic treatment like braces (?) or aligners for around two years might be beneficial to straighten your teeth.

Later, if your jaw alignment still needs correction, surgeries like BSSO and sliding genioplasty could be options, but these are typically only considered once facial growth is complete.

Of course, there's also the perspective suggesting that modern diets (which are softer) and poor oral posture contribute to malocclusion.

Historically, people who ate tougher foods and practiced nasal breathing tended to have better jaw and facial development. Alongside your orthodontic treatment, you might benefit from proper tongue posture and chewing harder foods, which could promote better craniofacial structure over time.

This thread elaborates on it.

Eight days isn’t much time, ngl, but if you’re close to your goal, you could consider extending the cut just a bit to hit that ideal body fat. Alternatively, focus on sticking to your plan and see how close you can get; you’ll probably be surprised by the progress.
You’re already making solid progress, which is better than most can say.

It's the truth. Of course, it should be obvious to everybody but since I think being lean is paramount to attractiveness I don't see why I'd consider it bluepilled. Bluepilled would be to say everyone looks good at their natural weight or some shit.

Tbh I think most of the weight lost is muscle, because I barely look leaner after losing 3kg. But i hope its just that i was fatter than i thought

Could be water weight, you'll usually lose that first. It took me losing 12-13kgs before I was noticeably leaner. I thought my ideal weight would be about 83kg at first when I was 93kg, but now that I'm 78kg, I can tell you it's probably closer to 75-76kg. Some people just need to lose a lot more for it to show.
