I’m now leaner and look kind of like a twink with long sleeves on but get treated better by girls. Women always prioritize facial aesthetics over body. I’m not saying physique doesn’t matter, every “looksmaxxer” should lift weights. But it’s undeniable that women care about a handsome face more. A fat and bloated face is not handsome

You’re stronger when you bulk. The only people that have issues with bulking are people with body dysmorphia. I’d rather be a 240 lbs beast than a 180 lbs twink.

Twinkmaxxing. Just lol. As a man, I do not know how anyone could want to look like that. So men will love it as long as you’re in the healthy body fat range with a decent amount of muscle mass. Also. Fat face is a mean. Being between 15 and 20% body fat isn’t going to ruin your face. That’s for obese people. The problem is that you guys think being in the higher range of healthy for body fat makes you fat. It doesn’t. It’s still healthy. This only applies to a handful of people with really bad fat distribution.
