ive been doing 4 hours of cardio a week and 20k steps a day
cardio is pointless, I respect the grind but it does more harm than good for you. if anything, only doing enough cardio to debloat daily might be good ROI.
Glp1 antagonist + dnp = god like ascension holy fuck
dnp is not necessary, i'm losing 2kg a month while already being low bodyweigh without trying at all, just taking 7mg rybelsus. you forget to eat, if my family don't invite me to eat I can do 0kcal a day from how OP oral ozempic is. I might be a good responder to drugs, I don't know.

Yeah, quite an overkill in my case tho, as I‘m at like 19% BF

Fuck it, wasted almost a year dieting without drugs/meds

Only problem with the DNP is that my timing is shit

I have 3 weeks off work and it will arrive when I have to start working again 💀

cardio is important if you dont want metabolic issues

i'm not a schizo who believes in pseudoscientific ramblins from latvian balding men. what I mean is that cardio barely does any good other than debloating you temporarily (which is OP). the kcal expenditure is minimal, and you sacrifice your wellbeing/time for it. also, if you really lose considerable weight through cardio you'll have to keep doing it forever, or you'll gain it back.

that's way above average discipline and mental strenght, assuming it's not a sport you really love or something. even then, it shows you can stay commited to pretty much anything
