i'm not a schizo who believes in pseudoscientific ramblins from latvian balding men. what I mean is that cardio barely does any good other than debloating you temporarily (which is OP). the kcal expenditure is minimal, and you sacrifice your wellbeing/time for it. also, if you really lose considerable weight through cardio you'll have to keep doing it forever, or you'll gain it back.sv3rige fanboy ramblings
