What do you mean caste? Push, Pull, legs 2x a week. half the week I focus on strength, the other half I focus on volume. 6x a week. I throw in 10 min of Stairmaster sometimes after lifting to burn more calories. I look so small in clothes, only when I take off my shirt I look athletic and not like a twig.
