I'm at 88.8 before you ask no that's not muscle that's pure fat I have 0 fucking muscle mass because I don't muscle I'm doing that when I'm at a lower body so it's less effort.

Im making progress but it's taking forever like I do a lot of walking every day but it's taking fucking forever I don't know what I'll look like under there but I've never been at that point and I really want to know and I can build muscle mass after.

But holy fuck it's taking forever man wtf this shit is rope tier

I don't count I eat like in the morning 1 bread 2 boiled eggs and my final meal is a plate of race (goy slop) and a massive portion of what my mom which is usually I don't even know how to describe it but curry food basically I can't get rid of rice goy slop it's like bread for Europeans

Your deficit is probably quite small. You need to count your calories

zero, go fucking kayaking or something who the fuck walks to lose weight either eat less or actually do something that raises your heartrate

Oils and condiments in the food also add a lot of calories. Be aware of them

Mainly like curry kinda of ingredients and small vegetable oils
