Leanmeat helps u literally be lean, get insane amount of protein for low calories. I ate some lean turkey, it has 152 calories per steak and 36g of protein. Where are you going to get such macros and seciation? I know its bland as fuck but add some gravy over it, eat it with some corn on the cob.

I had 2 of these steaks and got 72g of protein

Had a corn on cob too for taste, which was like 90 calories

Then had a chocolate protein yogurt for 30g of protein and 200 calories.

Overall 600 calories and makes you feel mega seciated. This is my eating for the day jfl :lul: 0 muscle will be lost and I will just get lean asf

Diet copers on lifewatch. Diet matters in your developing years, not late teens and adults. So give up on coping

i don’t think macros, 'especially lean meat', is necessary to get lean. it does help but it's not really mandatory, it just helps maintain muscle at best. you can get to 10-12% body fat even with trash macros, like 2-10g of protein or close to none. muscle loss is exaggerated unless you're cutting extreme weight while already at 10-12% body fat. calories in calories out is usually what's more important and determines whether or not it'll help you in lowering your body fat down

protein is very important for maintaining muscle in a cut from my experience. Especially on insane calorie deficits, liek what i do. Also without fucking up ur metabolism when cutting. I reached weight cut pleataus so much times in my experience cuz i would be on calorie deficits for like 2 months and i wasnt getting adequate protein. Protein just gives u smooth sailing and seciates u too.

Cutting with goyslop is possible but causes other issues like bloating so i dont recommend

protein is very important for maintaining muscle in a cut from my experience. Especially on insane calorie deficits, liek what i do. Also without fucking up ur metabolism when cutting. yes, muscle loss is inevitable no matter how much protein you get. adequate protein helps minimize it, but at the end of the day, you're still losing on a calorie deficit. prisoners have gotten shredded on shit diets with barely any protein because they're in a constant calorie deficit. it’s all about calories in, calories out, and maintaining your strength, those matter way more for getting to a low body fat percentage. protein helps, sure, but it’s not necessary to get lean. it’ll just make you feel better on a cut. i think you’re overestimating the whole ‘bloating’ thing too, cause bloating mostly happens when you’re still carrying a high body fat percentage. you don’t just suddenly get fat from eating. gotta have really bad bone genes if you're 'bloated' at 10-12% body fat. but yeah, protein is crucial if you wanna do it the healthy way and not the prison way
