Leanmeat helps u literally be lean, get insane amount of protein for low calories. I ate some lean turkey, it has 152 calories per steak and 36g of protein. Where are you going to get such macros and seciation? I know its bland as fuck but add some gravy over it, eat it with some corn on the cob.
I had 2 of these steaks and got 72g of protein
Had a corn on cob too for taste, which was like 90 calories
Then had a chocolate protein yogurt for 30g of protein and 200 calories.
Overall 600 calories and makes you feel mega seciated. This is my eating for the day jfl
