i’ve got a leanmaxing deadline to meet so I’m doing an aggressive deficit but struggle with ben eating at night.

Is the best way to come out in this not eating during the day and then having one large meal right before going to bed?

I don’t ever eat shit during the day. And fasting was surprisingly easy, did 60 hours with 0 problem.

It’s not ideal to eat right before bed. You should aim for 2 meals a day with high protein lean meat and some fruits or veggies. Eat lean to be lean
ik but for some reason i sleep best on a full stomach, otherwise i wont even sleep cos my mind is going crazy about food.

on an aggressive cut so yeah basically eating lean meat only rn. 170g protein

over 18. nothing wrong with aggressive dieting for a month or 2.

plus with enough dietary fat hormones aren’t fucked, nor do i care about them even being fucked temporary while i leanmax

So just fast all day then eat b4 i sleep?
Yeah fast with water and caffeine all day and then eat all your cals for dinner. Do this 2 hours before bed time. Also make sure it’s a balanced diet of protein, carbs, and fats

Also if you do faster cardio before meals you’ll directly burn fat so do as much LIIS as you can in this period?

Got the samw, just stay awake and ponder life at those moments. Only the first day though after I drink coffee the entire day so the caffeine doesnt affect me and so I dont feel hunger whilst going to sleep
