LEANMAX AT 15?

Is leaning out at 15 worth it? It'll only take 1-2 months as I'm about 17-19% body fat. Could it cuck my growth? Any tips for it to NOT cuck my growth if so?

My face is very round/bloated at the moment, but I've seen myself at probably 13% and it's much more angular + my gonial angle was OP. I wouldn't even consider this if I didn't break up with my girlfriend last night. I need to pull.

I wouldn’t do anything more than a small calorie deficit at most at your age.

can you explain why? would a LARGE deficit for a short period of time be better than a small one over a long period of time? I feel like if I do a small one, I'll be in a deficit of any growth for ages because less calories then I burn = no mass of anything being added to my body for 6months+. But if I do a large one for 1-2months, I can get back to normal after that.

Small deficits usually don’t stunt any growth unlike large deficits, but I just saw you’re already 6’6 so go for it lmfao. Well, unless you have a chance at college or pro sports then no

6'3.5 wthout shoes. Taller = better. My entire face is somewhat recessed so I still want maximum growth there. I know 100% continuing to be in a surplus will be better than the deficit, but looks matter especially when you're 15 and studying. So I'm just trying to figure out how much it would cuck me if I did a deficit. I already lost 60kg (like 140lbs) from 13-14 which is probably why I'm recessed. I just don't wanna regret it, yknow?

I don't think it affected my growth as there was none to begin with, JFL.

Fake. I’ve met one person taller than me in my year level and he’s like 7’0 so that doesn’t count

Yeah high school, one kid taller than me but he’s just freakishly tall. Average height for most guys here is probably 5’10 but there is a decent amount above that. I’d say I just notice them more because they stand out. This is Australia btw
 
Don't cut below 12-14% at your age, it just might be able to cuck your growth. Ideally you would lose bf even if you did not cut given you are still geowing

As long as you are getting sufficient protein you would be fine even with a bigger deficit. People mainly stunt their growth if they literally are not eating at all. I suggest that you go to the gym multiple times weekly so you maintain muscle mass. Going to the gym increases testosterone and hgh production (the hormone that allows you to grow) I suggest getting to 10-12% body fat. Get your body weight in protein and calculate your basal metabolic rate https://www.calculator.net/bmr-calculator.html subtract 300-500 calories and that's what you should eat daily to lose body fat.

loosing body fat releases hgh, and won't stunt his growth unless he's starving himself.

Although I would recommend quite the opposite for someone your age, I would just bulk to like 24% body fat and cut when you are like 16 (that's when growth starts to slow down).

i'll go for it. i turn 16 in a month and a half and i'll probably start like a couple weeks before that so i look decent around my birthday. goal is 13%. i go to the gym 6 times a week, have a decent amount of muscle and i'm on MK 677 which is meant to help with muscle wastage.
