Ate 1000 calories and burnt 1000 with cardio for the past 2 weeks. Im 5'11 135lbs. Shouldve lost multiple kgs of fat according to muh science. My body didnt change a gram, everything looks the exact same, not even my thighs look like theyre a gram lighter. Yet im sleeping 16 hours a day, my erections are weak, my penis is irritated and hasnt healed, my gums are receding, my teeth hurt and so does my lower belly, testicles and infraorbitals (brutal im losing bone).
Today im pigging out. Im pleasure-mogging tf out of everyone with food. How do you feel knowing i will experience more PLEASURE than you today?
I dont believe in calories, protein, etc all bullshit all cope there only exists what you can feel and i feel misery. And in case youre doubting i did consume enough protein per day and supplements (calcium, d, k, zinc, mangesium, etc) i even bought sugar-free gelatin thinking itd turn me into hollow cheeked mogger, deluded me

If you eat less than 1800 calories as a male, you are going to fuck yourself up. You are supposed to taper down the calorie, not crash diet down to holocaust victim levels of nutrition.

it takes months to see changes not weeks and you say you burnt nothing do you have a scale you measured the weight from? sugar doesnt cause fat fat does

You must do something wrong. There's no way u don't lose weight. Took 1000 cal, and burned 1000 cal, so thats basically standing at 0. Should lose rapid at that calculation

I remember cutting on 1200 calories. The weight shed off like magic every week. But not even 1200 calories won't cut it. I GAIN WEIGHT ON 1200 friggin CALORIES!

I have a tiny waist and hips, my upper body is decent ive already gymmaxxed for 8 months its copey for attracting females, tho i still enjoy it and will return to it next week

15 day 2500 calorie deficit= 37.500 total deficit. A kg of fat is 7700 calories. I also didnt gain a single gram of fat when i bulked, my metabolism just adapts i guess
I dont have a scale but a week ago ( a week into the diet) i weighed myself at a pharmacy and i was 133lbs

Im not trying to convince some indian in a forum of anything im just posting to see if someone had a similar experience. I spent all day sitting in a cardio bicycle in my home in front of the TV since im NEET and all i ate was a couple of loafs of whole bread every day and sometimes a little meat, potato, fruit, gelatin and that was it

Your metabolism won’t adapt before you lose weight. By that logic, you can adapt to 0 calories and never need to eat again.
