As we guys already know bones are Human’s base for aesthetics, and we have to be at a low bodyfat percentage to make them visible, yet I constantly see people here discussing about surgeries that they’ll never get without even putting the fork down and leaning down to a respectable bodyfat% at which their actual genetic base ie. BONES start to pop out.

So now, seeing this pathetic state of forum rotted me @boss8055 , decided to make the best “LEANMAX MOTIVATION MEGATHREAD” this forum will ever witness.

nice compilation boyo. 10% bf with good ffmi is when life begins.

side note retatrutide (mogs tirz and sema) made cutting so easy that it would’ve literally taken A LOT of effort to try and maintain weight. lifefuel knowing your an injection away from experiencing zero hunger at starvation calories for as long as you need. never cutting normally again that shit is trauma.

no shit, I was 15% bf myself a couple of months ago, but now I sit somewhere around 10-11% and the difference was insane.

The problem is with going cold turkey leanmaxing, you’ll not need drugs if you cut at a slow pace, ie. 500-700cal deficit per day. But people go rampant cutting calories to get faster results but end up ruining their metabolism and confidence.

even on 700 cal deficit it still gets to me mentally after a few. cutting at 15% is easy and this doesn’t happen but try it when your body is screaming to cling onto what little fat is left.

i just take high dose reta for 2-3 weeks then go maintenance for twice as long. metabolism, leptin, hunger signalling, sleep all intact with this method with zero mental downsides of cutting. if you can do it without suppressants congrats but i fucking hate it.

What would you guys recommend doing in my situation. I am 15% bf, and I am 17 years old still growing a lil bit. I am not the tallest person so I try to maximise my height by eating and training as much as possible. Of course I eat most of the time healthy but not always. I train soccer at a high level almost every day. Would you recommend waiting on cutting down bf till I have stopped growing?

The thing is I am a fatass and its very hard for me to cut without smoking(I am trying to quit)

I once leaned down to about 18% bodyfat and still looked subhuman
I was a skinnyfat subhuman at 15-16% bodyfat, currently i sit around 11% more or less and feel like a Normal functioning person.

You’ll only stunt your growth if you literally starve yourselves, just cut at 300-500 calorie deficit per day and then slowly bulk when you reach around 11-12% bodyfat.

Here’s a chart for reference but they are usually inaccurate. As the 10-12% here can look like 20% after a heavy dinner.
