I thought it would just reduce the bloat in cheeks, but everything starts to look different. The eyes get bigger and more expressive, brow ridge looks more prominent, sharper jawline, even my nose looks leaner. You will never know what your true potential is until you've leanmaxed, bloatmaxing is a destroyer of facial aesthetics.

Reminder op is a bona fide subhuman.

That’s what i’m aiming for. Any muscle?
Yes definitely. I work out every day with dumbells and a bench, just upper body. I only do 48 reps total per day, + weighted situps on 2 days in a 5 day split. My goal is the ripped Brad Pitt from Fight Club physique, I think it has high appeal to females.

Is it possible to leanmax without loosing muscle and/or a ton of weight?

I'm down to 165 pounds now and my muscles don't seem smaller, maybe just a bit.

Bloatmaxxing is temporary but Bulkmaxxing is permanent

Yuh, aim to lose around a pound of bw every week while eating a lot of protein and healthy fats

People will say "water" to OP, but you don't really 'get it' by theory alone. It's crazy when you see the changes in your own face.

Liposuction

Liposuction, or simply lipo, is a type of fat-removal procedure used in plastic surgery. Evidence does not support an effect on weight beyond a couple of months and does not appear to affect obesity-related problems. In the United States, liposuction is the most common cosmetic surgery. Wikipedia

If you’re 25ish prrcent bodyfat that you cant claim youre deformed as you always act like you are, bc you dont know whats underneath

💯

Also, the leaner you are, the more amplified bloat and fat gain/loss has an effect on your face.

If I overeat just one day, I can immediately see the loss of definition the following morning. The key is forcing yourself to go back into a deficit to clean up binges, because for some people, they will inevitably binge from time to time when lean.

On that same note, if I severely undereat one or two days, my face becomes even sharper and strikingly hollowed out when lean

I didn't see much difference going from 100kg to 85kg. It was only once I got under 80kg I started seeing a difference with every kilo.

What's your current diet to maintain leanness?

My staple foods are spinach, broccoli, lean fish, chicken breast, walnuts, and fruit. Zero grains (NO rice, bread, oatmeal, potatoes)

God can I please look good when I get lean

Lmao no I eat none of that shit. I eat fast food, lots of protein and fat, donuts. All that matters is calories.

Of course calories ultimately dictate weight maintenance/loss/increase.

But vegetables, and fruits contain a ton more fiber, micronutrients, and food volume than junk food making it easier to keep calories low and still be satiated (not hungry).

The only people I've seen able to stay lean yearround while consistently incorporating junk food are those with naturally low appetites/low bodyfat setpoint. Almost everyone else eventually snaps and puts the fat/weight back on when they only focus on calories and not food quality. For myself, and the VAST majority of guys who stay lean 365 days of the year, diet quality is paramount, and we pay a lot of attention to it alongside calorie intake and regular weigh ins.

Your approach is working for you, and if it's something you can sustain the rest of your life without blowing back up in bodyfat, that's all that matters

I maintain low body fat on like 2500 calories a day. To give an example of how much food that is I checked McDonalds calorie counter, it's 3 cheeseburgers, 1 large fry, 20 chicken nuggets, and a chocolate chip cookie. I eat once a day so that much would definitely satiate me.
