How much leaner should I go? Im about 12 rn im estimating. I think my abs will look worse due to bad ab insertions so I dont think its worth and im narrow clav cel

I’d say to lean down to 10% bf, you should focus on keeping a slight caldef while making sure you’re still getting enough protein to preserve your muscle mass
go aim for around 1g of protein per pound of body weight, and do nutrient centered diet like lean meats, fish, vegs, and carbs like oats etc
and for gymming, do strength training (3-4 days a week) and mix in 2-3 days of HIIT or cardio
ofc sleepmaxx and stay hydrated too

Looks good right now but I’d say 10-11% range is ideal

That's good enough tbh,
good effort, could be much worse of a framecel, eat a pizza or something ;)
99% of people will never go to this level anyway, cope if wanna be even skinnier
