1-Leanmaxxing is not a sprint but a marathon : Losing weight is not the same as losing fat. You can starvemaxx all the way down to 10% bodyfat in 2 months but it will only be a looksmin if you look like an auschwitz camp survivor. Take your time. If you're here, chances are that it was almost over for you to begin with so what's the rush ?
2-Leanmaxxing without training or gymcelling is dumb as fuck : You think sitting on the couch all day or only doing cardio is going to help you ? You are only going to end up looking skinny fat by throwing away all the bits of little muscles that you already had. Lifting weights and having a sufficient daily protein intake will reduce the muscle loss to a minimum. You think girls want guys that have arms barely bigger than theirs ?
3-Caloric deficit is key : don't look too much into the broscience and all the contradictory videos and theories available on the web. Just identify your daily maintenance calories needs and reduce 400kcal to induce a steady and sustainable weightloss. IIFYM is also pretty dumb so don't eat a bag of chips and then starve yourself for the rest of the day. Eat fruits, vegetables, lean meat and fibers.
4-Move your ass : don't sit on the your couch all day, browsing this site or playing video games. Move around, walk, run, cycle whatever : increasing your daily expenditures will help you tremendously.
