i pinned the photos from day one to the one taken today.
it was a long journey, which took 7 months and will continue further, but for now the results are from 96 kg to 77 (-19 kg).
even in the most miserable cases like mine, where you have no bone mass and zero striking features, becoming lean, even 15% bf, makes an insane difference in your social interactions. in those 7 months my life changed completely: i finally can get some play, be respected by people. not a while ago i started going to college, and teachers give me good grades for not doing shit, and usually i can get away with what most students can't. i got invited to do some organisation stuff in college, theatre, photoshoots for our college site etc etc (that could be connected to the fact that in the country where i live 90% of the male population are subhumans in terms of looks, but anyway).
so if you are coping and not on diet and not going as hard as you can, idk what you are doing.
