the amount of people that think u need to completely avoid carbs while leanmaxxing are lowkey just retardmaxxing instead ngl

I just avoid a lot of calories when leanmaxxing. I eat what I want, including junk food.

eating less + increasing steps is the best long term strategy , its working out well i dropped 1-2lbs so far only a few weeks into the cut while enjoying comfort foods

Same here lol. Today I had 2 glasses of milk, a turkey burger and a bacon egg and cheese melt.

leanmaxxing is so fucking easy but keeping muscle and building it is so fucking hard man fuck. I could starve myself so easily its not hard

Sounds good! Unfortunately, I’ve bloatmaxxed but I’m planning on leanmaxxing soon, and coupling it with gymmaxxing. :feelsautistic:

That’s great to hear! I usually go extreme with my dieting; often eating nothing for days, and drinking probably less than a glass in total. I don’t want to do that anymore. I think it’ll speed up the process if I start gymmaxxing. :feelsautistic: Who knows, maybe I’ll get rid of that damn stubborn fat below my belly button too…
