why even bother to leanmaxx?

Difference between weight/fat:
weight can be high/low, depending on the height, bones, water and MUSCLES. so just stop the scale bullshit.
on the other hand, FAT is how you look. you should focus on FAT PERCENTAGE. Not your weight. here is some example of 20%bf vs 9%bf face (and he still weights like obese person because of muscle/height):
so how to lose bodyfat?
do 16/8 system, basically fast for 16 hours, and then eat for 8 hours. eat 3 times a day at 12pm, 4pm, and 8pm. last meal at 8pm.
when you are fasting , you are burning your old fats for energy. basically shrinking your fatcells. there is nothig more to explain here.
what to eat when you break your fast?
we want to keep fat burning. what you are breaking your fast with is just as important as the fast itself.
understand that body is not just calories in or calories out, why do you think some people who eat 4000 cal a day are still lean but you who barely eats is fat af? because of something evil called carbs/shugar
when you eat carbs/shugar ur body transfors it into shugar, when u have lots of shugar in blood, ur body makes insulin (key), higher, so it stores those shugars into fats. BASICALLY IF YOU EAT THESE FOODS YOU ARE FUCKED AND STAY FAT FOREVER:
We want to have no shugar in blood. therefore we want to eat foods that keep our insulin low. foods like fats/protein (basically keto lol)
WORKING OUT:
its all about diet but if u want to workout just know that weightlifting/walking burns more bodyfat than running. because when ur walking ur body burns fat u have low heart rate. when ur weightlifting and your muscles hurt, they use fat to recover/build.
