When aiming to get to lean, your going to be focusing on losing fat. There are many ways you can go about losing fat: Using drugs, Taking the slow and healthy path by keeping clean, and even getting surgery.
This guide will fully run through optimal methods of getting lean and give you a clear idea of what works best and what doesn't work aswell as others.
NATURAL/'HEALTHY' SEGMENT
Weight loss drugs
Their are various different drugs used to help lose weight and im going to explain which are the most optimal for results and how they differ from one another
Prescription Weight Loss Drugs
These are typically prescribed for individuals with a BMI of 30 or higher, or 27+ with comorbidities. They should only be used under medical supervision.
- **Orlistat (Xenical, Alli):**
- Mechanism: Blocks fat absorption.
- Pros: Over-the-counter options available.
- Cons: Gastrointestinal side effects like oil leakage, bloating.
- **Phentermine:**
- Mechanism: Suppresses appetite.
- Pros: Effective for short-term weight loss.
- Cons: Can cause increased heart rate, insomnia, and potential dependency.
- **Liraglutide (Saxenda):**
- Mechanism: Mimics GLP-1 hormone, suppressing appetite.
- Pros: Effective for long-term weight management.
- Cons: Nausea, risk of pancreatitis.
- **Naltrexone/Bupropion (Contrave):**
- Mechanism: Affects appetite and reward pathways.
- Pros: Used for long-term weight management.
- Cons: May cause nausea, headache, and increased blood pressure.
- **Semaglutide (Wegovy):**
- Mechanism: Similar to Liraglutide, GLP-1 receptor agonist.
- Pros: Significant weight loss results.
- Cons: Gastrointestinal issues.
ADHD MEDICATION: Another prescription drug that really wipes away your appetite and like me im currently on 54mg of concerta (not for the apptite supression*). If you want this you could larp to the doctor that your retarded and they will provide medication but unfortunely start you off on a low dose.
Methanphetamine:
is a powerful stimulant that massively increases dopamine and norepinephrine in the brain.
This basically switches off hunger signals — people can go many hours or even days without feeling like they need food.
It also speeds up metabolism, increases energy, and reduces fatigue, which adds to the “not needing to eat” feeling.

- Low Fat Diet: The low fat diet is consuming less fat aswell as unhealthy fats and focus more on Other foods such as carbs and protein. A lot of your everyday calories come from fats so cutting down will really work well with your workouts or whatever it is your doing to burn calories. This is a very beneficial method and it doesnt actually take that much time
- Cutting: Cutting is literally eating less calories as a whole while maintaining muscle Eventually giving you that very toned look. Unfortunely this is a very painful experience not being able to eat while your hungry, but being hungry is the indicator of burning fat which should motivate you during this tough period. Going to the gym, doing consistent cardio works well with cutting and will provide results in the long and short term.
- Starvemaxxing: I personally do not reccomend this because their are lots of disadvantages. Starving is very hard to do at the start, your eating nothing /1 thing everyday just to lose fat. Starving stunts your growth, (anyone 16 and under who is still below 6 foot wouldnt recommend). You will experience common bloat especially if your not hydrating yourself enough. Starving works in the short term but eventually will cause health problems like an eating disorder and not carrying enough fat on your body.
