Spend 3 months starving yourself, not having enough energy for anything, then have some snacks and binges for a week and you're back where you started.

This is why so many Chads in their 30s become bloatcels as soon as they marry, being lean makes you crave all types of food and snacks you're forbidding

The reason you are craving is due to insulin resistance, reduce your sugar intake and you will stop having cravings

Yeah this shit is hard im a big guy and i stock fat easily i train evey day with healthy food but i dont see any light.

Not for me. I like eating. I can eat as much as I want and still be thin.

I don’t want to have to limit myself to practically nothing just to be thin. It looks like torture when I see other people doing that.
 
At some point your body loses the huge appetite tbh now I just look forward to having whatever i want in small portions so I feel like I had my craving
 
Eat normally not excessive of one certain food keep sodium low workout a lot (mainly weight training don’t fall for cardio Copers it is a bit useful but not that much)
 
So you're just a retard who can't make himself a normal fucking diet. If you have problem with overeating then starving yourself will cause you to break and binge, even bluepilled foids know that these days.

Just make yourself a diet with proper caloric deficit that you can withstand (for example you can start at -700 and reduce it to -500 if it's too much), count your calories (in EVERYTHING you ingest, including oil you cook with, sugar in your tea, small things you snacked on during day), work out, find yourself low-caloric snacks that you can eat to fill yourself without adding too much calories like celery or watermelon, drink lots of water. It's that simple. You just need to take your time and not expect instant results - this is why you became a fat fuck in the first place, you have a retard monkey brain that craves instant gratification and gets angry if it doesn't receive it. And you brought being fat onto yourself, so now you need to suffer for a long time to lose it.
Or you can start eating yourself to death, remain terminal incel and shitpost on forum full of 14yo zoomers

Leanmaxing is not 1 way upward trajectory. It will take months to years of hard work, failures/setbacks, persistence and grit. You will fail multiple times, but you have to figure out why it happened and make corrections as needed and keep starting again. You keep putting your body in uncomfortable situation and it will keep wanting to get comfortable asap. But, As long as you give it enough time and don’t give up, you’ll make progress and stall and fall and replan, and make some more progress and so on. Keep grinding.
Don’t fucking compare yourself to others, this is your life and your mission, don’t look for anyone to understand you or encourage you. You go at this alone and you’re going to keep going until the mission is done.

I'm not even fat, my face is. I look giga bloated but can see the outline of my abs and the rest of my body is pretty ripped
 
Just eat carnivore, makes it easy to lose weight
 
Copy my strat as a wrestler with an eating disorder, I eat whatever I want and then I burn it all on a bike, and cycling is fun, indoors and outdoors.

I usually bike for 30-60 mins, so (400-800) calories, then I shadow box/spar for an easy 300-400 calories in 20-30 mins. If I'm really amped, I throw in a 20 min cycling sprint, no pause. I'm just an endurance junkie, but point is, I actually outrun my diet by a longshot. Most people are just too lazy to actually do it, thus you get morons saying "abs are made in the kitchen". :lul: Obviously not optimal in the long run, diet is important for overall health, but the most important metrics, I blitz most humans on.
