I always was a retard when it comes to leanmaxxing and did it the whole time wrong.
Now that I am on carnivore diet I don't get as easily hungry as I used to
and that made it so easy to leanmax
I hope leanmaxxing will ascend me from high Ltn to at least mtn

Das Problem bei mir ist habe fast null Muskeln .Aber werde trotzdem nur hals und schultern trainieren
