Current stack: 200mg DNP, 0.5mg reta, 3-5x 100-150mcg CJC IPA daily, 10mg cardarine, 1mg Mots C, also have BPC and Tb, but dont seethe point
Have alr done 2 L carnitine loads like depicted in Shannon et al, for 15% increase in muscle carnitine, which causes a very significantly shift towards fat metabolism, instead of carbohydrates, at 50% VO2 max, subjects used 55% less glucose compared to fat, which is huge.
AKA, less need for gluconeogenesis from Muscle protein breakdown, and far more fat usage, everyone, and i mean EVERYONE is using Lcarnitine wrong, w/o insulin, none of it gets into the muscle, w protein, none of it gets into the muscle. You need a strictly carb only period, ideally of like 5-6 hours, only carbs, no protein nothing, and taking like 10-13 IU's of insulin per hour, along w 1g L carnitine IM/subq every hour, and then you get like all the carnitine you need for the next few months, but i like to do it every month to be sure.
Its effect is HUGE, and dont underestimate its capacity to be beneficial, banned by WADA btw.
i lowkey need to make a thread on this that gets to BOTB, or just a yt vid atp.
So, jus started reta, 0.25 one day, and another same dose the next cause was getting impatient. Pigged out yesterday, and in the guilt of the goyslop, took 200mg DNP.
To anyone calling it a pussy dose, i know, but its powder, and may be misdosed, do lowkey dont wanna risk it, also, am living in the slums of Africa, essentially in the summer, so shit fucking SUCKS. Yeah, it is TERRIBLE here, and will NOT push the dose above 200mg.
Have been on nofap and lowkey wanna slay some foids, but the physique is just NOT THERE, so NEED to DNP max, to get lean. Lean is law.

Just worried about lean mass loss, and overheating, am using hella antioxidants to combat that.
Any advice? I jus wanna LDAR and get abs tbh, havent even been going to the gym recently, but the physique is still amazing, the diet and overall past efforts i put into the gym really the only shit keeping me like this tbh.
And no, im not roiding, i like my balls, and think its a easy way to get to ogre hell, no it is NOT appealing.
